It's been hard these last few weeks dealing with an issue in my life that has been challenging. I was there with my MOH and we were basically told to leave because we "had been there too long." I was trying on bridal gowns trying to figure out which style I liked best. My consultant Leah was wonderful, it was another consultant that walked up during my appointment (that I had made in advance) and told us we needed to schedule a come back appointment in an extremely rude tone and that the consultants next bride was on her way to the store. Definitely won't be back.
The girl who helped me she never told me her name. All I know is it wasn't Deb! They didn't have anything I selected on my favorites, and if it wasn't for me writing down the 6 out of the favorites I really liked they would have never been able to check to see if they did have it because they couldn't pull my favorites up. As she is looking up my 6 that I wrote all I kept getting was "nope don't have that one", "nope we ran out of that one","nope not that one either". The way she was saying it was so careless.
