I just received my bridesmaids dresses and the 3 navy dresses I ordered are not the style that we picked. I'm going to use them since my wedding is in 4 days but I'm not happy. I understand that things happen and the employee that helped us was awesome but I think they need more help and less appointments happening during each time slot.

Awful experience today when I brought my bridesmaids in to try on dresses. Left very mad and with a couple people in tears! Our consultant was very rude to us

If you are looking for a warm fun and inviting experience keep on looking. The sales girl was very scripted and didn’t listen to the bride at all. Overall poor experience and god for bid you want to try dresses on because you can only pull 3. We were their only customers in the store.

RecommendedI cant tell you have greatful I am with all of the employees. The Grandmother of the bride has been very Ill and in and out of the hospital the last 2 1/2 months and lost a lot of weight and we were able to go in and get a different size. I had an appointment to get alteration done, but she didnt but instead of making her come back they took care of her along with me and accommodate her as sick as she is.

My initial experience with David's Bridal was great - my sales consultant was amazing and had no issues ordering the dress with plenty of time to get alterations done (the 5 person bridal party I am in had a HORRIBLE time ordering their dresses (different out of state store) and the other girl who is in the same style as me was also told her dress wouldn't be here in time for the June wedding...that was in early January...and their consultation was a gigantic jerk to them and made the bride instantly regret her decision to b... read more
Found my dream dress but alterations personal messed it up and it doesn't fix right. Asked if they could fix what they did and was told dress is fine nothing else they could do. Went to a different alterations company and they are fixing all the mistakes David's bridal alterations people did and making the dress fit me like it is suppose too. I would never recommend anyone to go here to get a dress and especially use their alterations personal. It's supposed to be special day with my dress but has turn out to be a depressing... read more
