Everyone in the front of the store was amazing, all the girls were very nice and accommodating! The alteration department could use a bit more organization and pay more attention to detail! I received my dress with a stain on the shoulder strap which had not previously been there ( they did unpackage my dress and take the stain out) and on my wedding day we realized the clip on the very back to cover the zipper was missing! My daughter was fitted to a dress that I thought was a little too snug in the chest. I question whether we should go up a size, but the person helping us didn't think we should, because it was already too big in the hips. We bought it & scheduled a fitting for two months later (it needed to be hemmed & taken in). When we returned for the fitting, it barely zipped up in the back/chest area.
