I had a women named Summer. She was absolutely amazing!! She found my perfect dress and I walked out with my wedding dress! She helped me with finding payments for my dress. Summer is amazing at her job and very nice! I'm coming back in a few weeks for my bridesmaids dresses and hope to have her again!

Your associate, Beyoncé was fantastic. We had scheduled our appointment on a day that happened to be a snow storm. Due to mine and my bridal party's work schedule, rescheduling would have been difficult. The store stayed open so we could have our dress fitting, which was perfect. Beyoncé was so helpful, funny and made all of us enjoy the day so much more. I found the perfect dress and my bridesmaids did as well. Thank you so much or everything!!

The appointment started off great, but once I had picked the bridesmaid dresses, and my girls were already dressed and ready to cash out, the consultant came back and said the dresses were back order 20 weeks. Because she didn't check before I picked out colors and she took measurements...I now had to make my girls try on more dresses. Once I picked out a new dress and we were getting ready to cash out, the consultant gave us attitude and messed up cashing 2 of the girls out and had to redo it.

To be honest, I was not expecting to find my dream wedding dress the first time I went shopping. When I met Chloe, my stylist, she asked questions getting to know my wedding style. I showed her pictures of my favorite dresses I found online. Chloe brought my top 2 dresses first. When she knew I wasn't In Love she asked what I did like in each dress. I went almost year ago and had a great time and found a beautiful dress, but my wedding plans changed from a former winter wedding to a spring elopement. I went back and was able to do an even exchange for the dress in my dreams with no problems at all. I have recommended brides to them before and I will continue to. They really do want to make sure you get the right dress.
