After three phone calls confirming my final alterations check and dress pick up, I arrived at the store after driving two hours to discover not all the alterations were completed. I had to spend the night in Portland to get my dress at 1 pm the following day. I wish the alterations staff that called me several times had informed me before I arrived thinking I was taking my dress home that day.

It was one of the best exerpenices of my life. I went in to find my wedding dress and after only trying on two dresses I found the one. The employee I worked with, Natasha, was amazing. She really was there to help, and I'm happy she was. They really made me feel special when I found the dress. 10 out of 10. You guys helped make my day special.

The Portland location and staff there especially Beyonce definitely change my vision on David's Bridal. I drove almost 2 hours after horrible treatment at another David's location just yesterday.
