There needs to be a -5 star rating. Horrible customer service. All the employees will lie straight to your face along with there managers. If you go to David Bridal’s FAQ you will see you can be refunded for your purchases within a time frame. I went to pick up a dress I purchased and was told I couldn’t not refund the dress while I had only had it in my hands for 30 minutes on 11/26. Another bride told me Saturday 1/7 that they lied to me and that if you check online you can return it within 7 days of pickup. I bring it up ... read more
