Extremely poor customer service. My bride to be is having one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t there when she got her dress, just her telling me about her experience. Poor customer service yesterday!! OMG!!! I can’t believe the way we were treated!! I won’t never recommend Davids Bridal again.....Im sad that I have to come back in a few weeks for another wedding Im in. I wish the bride to be would pick somewhere else. I hope we are treated with respect this time! Even the manager was so rude!! This is the worst store ever with a rude consultant. My two daughters and I went to this store to look at some wedding gowns. Upon entering we were ask if we had an appointment and we replied no. We waned to look at some gowns. So we were told that we would need to sign the book in which my daughter did and she was pointed in the direction of the bridal gowns. What a joke!! I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them!
Pretty disappointed at how overbooked they were. Felt like the staff pretty much ignored us when we walked in for our appointment for bridesmaid dresses. There were other parties using the same dressing rooms and viewing area, which definitely took away any fun or personal touch. I was not impressed by any part of this appointment. We finally found a dress and left. Felt like we missed what could have been a fun day and a chance for the bridesmaids to get to know each other.
I went to David's Bridal a couple of years ago with my daughter-in-law to be shopping for the fabulous $99 dresses they advertise. However, the staff treated us like we were shopping for cheap dresses, and they did not have a selection of different sizes with current Styles. What's the point?

I scheduled an appointment for both my wedding dress and my bridal party dresses during my appointment I did not get the help I needed the whole appointment my consultant was away when she was around she was extremely rude not to mention she brought me dresses that where 300$ over my budget after falling in love with a dress my father and I decided we would get it, I was fitted as a size 2 and told the consultant that’s what I needed. Nobody help me that much when I complain about my bridemaid dress. Made up crap material than floor model. For this dress I spend $400!!! I wouldn't recommend this to anybody! Horrible place! Waste of money and time!

I just went in for my alterations "appointment" that was scheduled for 12pm. And just like my "appointment" I made for my dress and bridesmaids dresses they overbooked the "appointments" and staff were running all around. Same thing with my alterations "appointment" I show up on time and they already have 2 people getting fitted. So I'm waiting again. I didn't get seen til almost 1pm!
