Horrible customer service and very unhelpful managers. They push their sales consultants to lie by any means to push a sale. They also make you buy way bigger so you make an alterations appt. My dress is brand new with tags in the bag tried on twice. I know the exchange policy is 69 days from receiving your dress. Well i was told that my dress was in such demand that it would be at least 8-9 months. It took two weeks and the size I ordered is too big. After alteration appointment went horribly bad. When I tell you I was crying in the fitting room. This is supposed to be a memorable experience they ruined that for me.

Not only did I come to David’s Bridal & have a bad experience trying to buy my wedding dress because of bad advertising online; but I decided to give them another try to do the alterations for my dress, bad idea. Before I even made my alterations appointment I asked about how much it would cost to have alterations just so I had an idea on how much I would be paying.. I was told no more than $200. I ended up paying $475. I’m not happy & I won’t ever be going back. I advise customers to go somewhere else.

Ordered 2 flower girl dresses in store, after getting measurements from their employees, went ahead and ordered the dresses to be shipped to our home. Fast forward 2MONTHS! We finally got our dresses and the sizing is all wrong. I went to the store to try a different size and it is still completely off. Absolutely awful. Won’t go back ever again.
Our consultant was amazing, Chloe, she went out of her way to help us and make sure we were okay (She would be the only reason I would ever contemplate going back). However, the manager Tanya was rude, hateful and extremely disrespectful. A bridesmaid and my mother(MOG) and THE BRIDE were all in tears.
