I was looking for a dress for Mother of the Groom. I needed a short dress. Everything they had was all lace. Very poor selection. Big waste of 10 minutes!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I will NEVER recommend David's Bridal to ANYONE EVER!!! They've been the worst place to deal with! While we were there looking for bridesmaid dresses our consultant, Lisa, was nowhere to be found! We had to basically run the appt ourselves pulling the dresses we wanted and the correct sizes. We went in for our scheduled bridal appointment. My group picked 6 dresses that we thought I would like. About the 4th dress in we decided that style was not for me so a friend went to look again and came back with one dress. The consultant snapped at her that she could not go pick out dresses, we picked out our 6 already. This place is awful. They should be ashamed to be a customer service business. First of all when we went to try on dresses and get fitted we picked our own dresses and even had to clip each other because our consultant was god only knows where. That day I'm told I have to order the dress that day in order to get the dress in time for a wedding that's 5 months away bc a size 6 is not as common?? Buying the dresses for the junior bridesmaid and flower girl went just fine the consultant was very helpful. Now the alteration appointment is another story. It starts off with me asking them to remove the belt and she was like that is no problem at all and then proceeds to cut a hole in the chiffon and was oh no I didn't cut a hole in it. I visited this store with a friend yesterday. She was looking for a bridesmaid dress. We were not greeted when we entered the store, but acknowledged 10 minutes later by a staff member to ask me to leave my coffee at the front counter. I helped my friend pull several dresses that were available in the color theme of her friend's wedding. Again, not one of the many sales associates offered any help. When we got there our consultant was rolling her eyes and complaining about her job right in front of us before she called our party back. From there she kept bringing dresses that were not what the bride was requesting. We finally found a dress ourselves for the bride. Then she didn't seem to want to help with the belt and got an attitude when another bride gave us some input.
