This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The consultant didn’t listen to anything that I told her I wanted in a dress. She was rude and shoving dresses down my throat and was aggravated when I told her I didn’t want to try on the dresses she pulled. I do not recommend this place to anyone that wants a good experience finding a wedding dress.

While the lady who helped us was very nice..she was far from helpful! We had a appoinment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. She didn't bother to help my bridesmaid zip the dresses or get herself into them. She also didn't clip the dresses to allow her to see how they would fit they were the correct size. I went into the dressing room with her and hung up all the dresses and zipped her into each one. My bridesmaid even asked her help with zipping one and she looked right at me and said "Have your friend help you" she was ... read more

this place is a joke. they double book brides and then make you wait for them to help you. stuffed us in a very small space with 3 other brides. your wedding dress shopping experience should be special and they have managed to make a mockery of the bridal business. it took 27 minutes after our appointment time to even get recognition from the consultant and another 18 minutes to even see the first dress to try on. Went there TWO months ago to order my flower girls dresses. Not only did their customer service blow when I was there, no one ever mentioned they would call you repeatedly to harass you about picking up your order because they “lack storage”. Probably should have mentioned that so I could have cleared my schedule after the first call. I pick up the dresses to find that one of them has four inch rips on each side of the zipper. So now I’ve wasted $200 and 2 months waiting on dresses that were poorly made.

I feel like my experience is a rollar coaster ride here. With every up there are like five or six downs. My consultant was nice but had the wrong date for my wedding on her paperwork. I gave her the correct date. My wedding is being rushed because right after we got engaged, my father was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer so in general i have a "lets just get this done" attitude as i have a milliom things on my mind. Went with my daughter to shop for her wedding dress. Our assistant was nice for the most part but we were constantly reminded about every 15 minuets to move it along. My daughter was having difficulty finding a dress she was satisfied with and the assistant was getting visibly frustrated with her. Ok so I am maid of honor for my friends wedding, we all went to the appointment for our bridesmaids dresses. The sales rep only brought 2 dresses in multiple sizes. She disappears constantly even walked off when the mother of the bride was in mid sentence talking to her about our dresses. The bride showed her on the chart 3 style dresses we wanted to try. Our appointment was triple booked for 3 different groups. She maybe helped us 10 minutes out of the whole appointment. We had two girls per dressing room and barely got any... read more
