Just went to try to find my wedding dress no one greeted or said anything to me. Looking for someone to help and it never showed.
One very disappointed customer… I’ve been waiting for a follow up survey after our appointment this weekend but haven’t received one. We went to the store for my maid of honor. Prior to going we basically had a dress in mind from searching the David’s bridal website. We arrive at the store and had to wait 10 minutes or more before someone acknowledged us. When I first went into this store the staff was more then helpful. The sales woman Colleen was very helpful to my mother and I on finding last minute dresses for my brother's Wedding. When I tried on the dress I purchased, I simply had it on not even 5 minutes. I did not inspect every dress I had tried on. I believe I tried on 3 or 4 dresses at this location. When I made my purchase, the clerk had told me I had 7 days to return the dress if I changed my mind and get a full refund. If I were to bring the dress back after the ... read more
Completely disappointed with my experience here. The alterations were done so poorly. I complained about them at pick up and was told that they weren’t going to do anything about it. I forwarded my complaint on to management.. it took them a week and several follow up e-mails to get ahold of me after I was promised I’d hear something days prior. Their fix was to reimburse me for the bra (because it was the wrong one - their staff picked it out) and $50 because the hem line wasn’t “standard.” I asked what it mattered if ... read more
