Absolutely horrible. I don't know about all David's Bridals, but especially this one.!!. I found my dress there the ending of December, put a deposit down to hold it for 2 months. Went back in, in early January to put it on again for other people to see. When we got there, they had no idea what I was talking about because they never registered my dress to my name... and questioned me as to if I was sure it was there store I went to and not a diffrent one.They said they don't usually hold dresses for that long. Dress was beautiful, but alterations were a nightmare. So expensive, and no one told me how much it was going to be until there were pins already in my dress. Ridiculous price for items that didn't need done. Never go there for alterations!!!!!!

I ordered my bridesmaid dress and was told I would get $20 off since the bride purchased her dress there! Well they were also having a $20 off sale so I thought GREAT even better until I was told it was one or the other not both. Please tell me what incentive you give brides to choose their bridesmaids dresses there if anyone can just come during the $20 off sale and get it for the same price. I had to call and follow up on my dress. I was told it would be in by end of August so when it wasn't I called only to find out that it was never ordered...and that i would not have a dreas for my best friends wedding. Who tells the bride that 1 out of 8 bridesmaids wont have a matching dress fkr their wedding?! This went on for days. Worst customer service ever!! Brides please, please don't get anything from this place. My sister got her wedding dress here and all the bridesmaids dress. One of the girls in the party gained a little weight and couldn't fit into her dress anymore. We went up to exchange the dress and they refused to do that, said it had to be within six months to exchange the size. My sister and I went yesterday to look for my brides maid dress and to find her veil and shoes and to find my neice a flower girl dress. The lady helping us (I don't want to mention her name) was not very help full and had a bad attitude. My brother is getting married in September. I took my 2 little girls in to get their flower girl dresses. I understand that a flower girl isn't as important as a bride and the consultant made us feel that way. Anyway I showed the girl the dresses the bride wanted and they didn't have it in the store. So I was told they would look to see if they could order it. The staff was nice, but was forced into buying an $80 bra so my dress could get altered. A bra in which, after wearing twice, the hooks started to come out of the fabric.

As a bride you want to be treated like a bride. You should feel special, I mean this is the biggest day of a girls life! I had made two different fitting appointments! I went online and created an account, added dresses that I liked and wanted to see at my appointments. You would think they would have access to view your account before you get there, so they can be ready. But no!
