I have similar experience as Lisa Micek below. Horrible experience with alterations dept! Lisa below stated "Do yourself a favor and call around and ask for prices first because if not they will completely take advantage of you!" Let me tell you, David's Bridal's alterations esti estimates mean nothing. On March 10th I bought my daugher a prom gown there for close to $300. It’s a shame the manager of the store this afternoon had zero people skills. The girl at the door and the girl who helped me try on dresses were wonderful. Issues at checkout were followed by a manager with an attitude problem. She should probably follow the example of her employees.

We arrived at David Bridalsat 6:03pm this evening, and the associate was escorting a customer out the store. We were standing to go in the store and the associate saw we were standing there. She didn't acknowledge us. She didn't ask how can I help you. She didn't say, we're closed and these are our hours. She put her head down and closed the door in our face and locked it. I was taken aback with the lack of her customer service skills.

Just went to David’s bridal (Robinson) for a homecoming dress. Sale rep was very helpful and and saw that we liked the dress and said .. it’s a good deal, beautiful dress and it’s 20% off. So my daughter said - sold. We get to the register, she apologies and states only dresses on that rack with the code 24 are 20% off and she apologized but said, since they are all on the same rack, there are a group of them above the sign and , they all are similar dresses- I will ask my manager to take the discount off. I bought my dress for $550 plus tax. I was told it wouldn’t need much alterations. Fast forward to my alterations appointment at David’s bridal in Robinson and the alterations lady was so rude! She even left the back room and said she would be back in 5 minutes when I said I wasn’t sure I wanted a bustle. The experience inside the store was great. We were well taken care of but unfortunately whenever it was time to put our dresses on the morning of the wedding, one of the bridesmaids dresses was broken. In order for the dress to be zipped up we could only zip it halfway and then literally had to sew the bridesmaid into the dress. It was a huge set back and not a good thing to have to come across.

I've been to this location a few times and never had an issue previously, then most recently I've been extremely disappointed and will not be shopping at DB anymore. The staff was uninterested this time around and just left me or my bridal party with their dress(es), didn't offer assistance with getting big dresses on unless you asked. I am a bride to be and recently visited David’s Bridal in Robinson PA. It is very unfortunate that I have had nothing but a frustrating time while getting my wedding gown. Everyone says it’s suppose to be the time of your life & fun. I have to say I have had the opposite feelings while dealing with this particular store. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the store manager Ashley and stylist Annie. I am my sisters maid of honour (proudly I might add). She has had 3 trips to this store. 2 of those 3 the store didnt have her wedding dress saved to her profile!
