I had a bridal appointment with Kate this afternoon. I was very open minded about what I wanted. The main issue was price. My best friend and I pulled about 8 dresses, since I really didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. From the start of my shopping experience to the end was amazing. I was greeted immediately by reception and explained my situation - that I had ordered a dress with a different company 8 weeks ago and it has still not come in. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I told them my wedding is in 2 months and I have officially started to panic without a dress. Britney was a valuable assistant to my niece who is blind. Britney was sensitive to Joelle’s every need and question. She has a cheerful and reassuring attitude!
Selena was very patient and so very helpful with my last minute mother of the groom dress. She was very honest with her options which I appreciated. Selena was kind and a pleasure to work with. The ladies were nice but I ordered a "brand new dress" and when it arrived a few weeks later, it was black on the bottom & stained. When I went to pick it up the following week, it was ripped. I ended up getting a refund & going elsewhere. They have a nice selection and a good price range, but I was disappointed that I didn't get the dress that I loved
