If you can get your dress anywhere else please do this place is managed by idiots they tell you one thing and do another they are suppose to help with your magical day and all they do is cause stress and headache they lie about when things will be ready they lie about when you can get your last fitting they have no idea how to be professional I honestly have no idea how they stay open good luck to anyone who chose to buy anything from them I gave them one star cause you have to give them something
My dress was due to be here last week. Have appt for alterations this coming week. Nobody bothered to call and inform me that it will now not be in until end of April at the earliest. I live 2.5 hours away. Thank God I called to check status instead of going to my scheduled appt! They also called me 2 weeks ago to confirm a fitting that didn't exist! My dress wasn't even there! Very unprofessional and clearly disorganized! What a disappointment!
