I usually never leave negative reviews, but I wanted other people to know. We bought a total of 3 dresses. Each of us had a different sales person. Customer service was very friendly. No issues there. Dress 1: we were quoted about $65-75 for alterations. At the time for alterations, dress 1 ended up costing $170. Dress 2: because of her tiny size, the dress she wanted was only available in a size 4. The sample was a 2, and still large on her. They told us alterations would only be $75. Brides, Beware! The service has deteriorated, the staff gives you conflicting information, the sales dept threatens to return "purchased" dress and veil if not picked up within a certain timeframe even if you made arrangements due to not living in town, the alterations experience is one of the worst ever!!!!! And of course, every little thing is an additional fee, even a light and final steam on the wedding dress. Worst experience ever Diane Davis lied to my fiancé and I in our face we made multiple trips to get a dress and we finally paid for one when it came in we had an appointment for alterations so we came to David’s and we’re told it be be charged for alterations after Diane Davis told us it was included and I remember that specifically because we did not like the strap position. Ordered wedding dress was fitted by their so called professionals Dress came in and didn’t fit. Can’t be altered. Manager at store near Northstar Mall in San Antonio Anna was rude. They wouldn’t give me a refund. Asked to speak with District Manager and they would not give me the phone number.

Horrible customer service, employee Amber M gave us a lot of attitude because she wanted a bridesmaid to try on a dress that was too big and could not even arrive on time before the wedding. She provided terrible customer service and had no patience. This employee should not even be working there. She made everyone feel uncomfortable. Take your service elsewhere.

I’m very upset. I got the call today that my wedding dress was in. My wedding is October 3rd, less than 80 days. When I got there and they brought it out I was shocked! I thought it was in a black garment bag. But my wedding dress that I bought months ago was BLACK! They confirmed that the employee ordered the wrong color and that employee no longer worked there.
