customer service is horrible!!!! we went here to get my moms wedding dress, the first time they were rude, made a comment about the dresses not being like dress from "Ross" which I dont know if she was implying that we only shop at Ross so my mom went in a couple of days later to talk to the manager who scheduled us an appointment for the following Saturday. the appointment went well, found a dress, ordered it. it came in early so when we went to pick it up the same girl that had been rude to us the first time was there ... read more

Finding the dress was fine. The alterations were another story. Very unaccommodating for the bride’s work schedule and terrible alteration. When being fitted we kept telling the lady it was too tight. She finally loosened it. My daughter became ill the week she was supposed to pick it up but her bridal portraits were in 3 days. My daughter is in Houston not SA. So all i could do was gamble snd pick it up. It was so tight i could barely zip it. She actually did her portraits with it unzipped about 3 inches. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this absolutely needs to be said: the floor manager (or store manager, not entirely sure of her role), has been EXTREMELY rude on two separate occasions that I have been in this store (within a year of each other). While we didn't mind working with Carol, I am still so angry and frustrated with the manager that I have recommended to my bridesmaids to order from any other David's Bridal but this location. The absolute worst experience!!! Waste of time! The blue haired lady was rude. I'm sure they work off commission we took our time to book in advanced several months. We got there and they booked us with a larger party than us. We were trying to get different sizes and dress and had to all the leg work ourselves. We were ignored and treated poorly.

My older sister went with David’s bridal ( 4 years ago) and she got a completly different wedding dress 😳. 2 years ago my other sister used them for the bridesmaids dresses and the color was wrong!! Today, I visited this store with family members. I was originally shopping at a different dress shop but then we decided to try David's Bridal. Since I had never been to this store, I was so excited to see what all this shop had to offer in selection of dresses. I wish I could give a negative rating for this store. Horrible service. Our bride made an appointment for us to see bridesmaids dresses. We showed up about 20 minutes early and started looking around. The consultant came over and ushered us off to the dressing rooms. Once we got over there, myself and the other bridesmaid were given one dressing room to share. Luckily we are close friends and we were comfortable with that. I will never go to this David’s bridal ever again!! The service was horrible.. I was there for 2 of my bridesmaids to find dresses for my wedding and we ended up doing all the work and they had to share a room!! The person that was helping us was also helping other people so when we needed her she was no where to be found!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!! Infact we canceled another appointment for next month for another wedding that we where going to be in. And found dresses for them at another store!!
