I was so disappointed in our experience We reserved a time at 11am for my daughter’s prom Dress We checked in and waited passed appointment time We spoke with check in girl 2 times And 3 time she was only able to say We don’t know where your stylist is And told us to wait again Almost an hr in And no one Eventually someone came out As our other person finally came our way It was not a full And there was many workers standing around Then our stylist asked my daughter show her dresses I told her this was first time doing this ... read more

We had the worst experience not once but twice at the only 2 locations in San Antonio. Would not recommend going there. The first location we went to (Ingram) did not even TRY to find a purse that was left behind. When we called they said it wasn’t there. We were looking back at pictures of our dresses and saw the purse in the photos. It wasn’t until we called and threatened to go back with the cops that they found it. I’d like to truly thank Terry and Diana for taking care of me. The original wedding dress I bought did not fit me after I ordered it and was ordered in the wrong size by another local David’s Bridal. Once Terry saw this when I came in to find a veil she wasted no time and went to work along with Diana to find me a similar white mermaid dress. In less than 24 hours they successfully found me an even more beautiful white mermaid dress in just enough time for alterations and my wedding day which is less than four months away! T... read more

I will not reccomend David's bridal to anyone!! I was scheduled a wedding and it was cancelled due to covid 19.My bridemades were told to cancel and once david bridal opens back up they would refund their money. well as the girls called they told them the refund policy changed to instore credit or order the dress. I feel liked my girls were mislead and robbed. they have no refund nor dress! I'm going to call corporate and make sure non of my friends ever use David's bridal!

They will not honor their return policy which is clearly stated online. Per Terry, store manager at nw loop 4q0 location, the policy is changing everyday. I'm not sure how we as consumers are supposed to keep up with that if it's not even posted on the website and it's like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone. I now have an upset teen that spent her hard earned money on a prom dress and cant get any type of refund or at the very least store credit. I would suggest going to a different David’s Bridal store. Workers are rude and aren’t very informative!
