The consultant we had was absolutely horrible, not very helpful and when she said she was going to do something she never did it. Then it took about 20 min to get us checked out.

I went to davids bridal yesterday to help my Bestfriend shop for her wedding dress. We were so excited we made an appointment to try on a dress she already had in mind. We were assisted by Carrie however our experience was horrible. She never asked what her budget was what she was looking for all she did was grab one dress the one we showed her. Our consultant had way too many other things to do besides help my daughter get dressed. She was only able to try on 3 or 4 dresses with the help of her friend. Don't think she'll come back even though she liked 2 of the dresses.

I came with my best friend (bride to be) for a bridal appointment along with some of the other bridesmaids and her future mother in law. Our consultant Amber was horrible! We went today which we expected to be busy because it was a Saturday but it took about 20 min for the consultant to even greet our party. Then she walks up to the future bride and tells her to look for her own dresses and just walks off. Our appointment was a disaster the moment we walked in. Our consultant introduced herself then went MIA for the longest period of time. We have been to the location in Abilene and it was perfect. This particular store though doesn't know the meaning of customer service and made some of my bridesmaids uncomfortable. Although we found the dress we were needing, we found it on our own. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location again.

My first experience with them was in 08/2015. I took with me my mom, my grandma, and my 2 bridesmaids. The only issue I had then was I told my sales person that I didn't want to order anything right away because I was losing weight. I wanted to pay for the dress if I found one but wanted to put off the ordering of the dress for another 4 months. She said that was fine. I found my dress and paid for it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't ever shop here. Every time I walked in someone else had an issue. Too crowded, spent so much Money and they treat u worse then the worse fast food experience you can ever have. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for the ruining this experience for me.

Shopping at David's Bridal was the worst experience of my life!!! From the moment I walked in not a single person ever asked me if I needed help or did ever smile or congratulate me on my marriage. The David's Bridal staff was the most insincere and unwelcoming group of persons I have ever met and made me feel like criminal through out the whole process. They wouldn't help me with the process to pick out a dress, or showed any sort of kindness or empathy. They acted as though they had the worst job on the planet and I was an... read more

Ur really being sooo nice about this.. But glad you posted something because this is a very important day for ALL brides!!! And to know that a business that IS IN THIS BUSINESS!!!, would be sooo flippant about this type of situation deserves to called out on the carpet!!! I also think MR DAVID should be making a GREAT EFFORT not only to rectify this issue but PERSONALLY CONTACT YOU & apologize!!!
