Do not waste your time in this store. We made an appointment two weeks ago. My daughter sent pictures of the dresses she was interested in. They had NONE of them. They assigned her an employee who was brand new and clearly needed help. The manager FINALLY stepped in after two hours and lots of frustration, but she was useless. They told us that if the wedding was in 4 weeks, they could rush the order and get the dresses the girls wanted, but because the wedding was later, they would not be able to get them in time. Very pushy, lots of pressure. Deceiving about things such as alterations.....
Only putting one star because it doesn't allow a 0... We found great dresses for our bridesmaids online and we were able to get them in and try them on without any problems at all. The dresses came in and one bridesmaids dress was perfect but the other's dress was not the correct size. They got the dress switched out for us and while I was there that day correcting that issue I asked the girl if I could go ahead and schedule their appts for alterations because I did not want to wait till the absolute last minute. I purchased my dress here and the staff was amazing. When my dress came in there were a few alterations that needed to be done. I'm not sure what happened but when I returned for my second fitting my dress no longer fit. It had been taken in, in all the wrong places. The seamstress came out measured me again and assured me that it would be fixed. A week later I returned only to be horrified that my dress had been taken in even more. We went to shop for my daughters' wedding dress and it was an delightful experience!!! We bought her dream dress, which took my breath away. She looks so beautiful, thank you the service was excellent !!!!!
Its was great wen I went the other day but yesterday one of the girls was all like "is there anything else I can help yu with" but with an ugly ass attitude like if she wanted me to leave. I was already buying heel's an I had already gotten a dress there I was just looking for my second dress an she was very rude!!
The only reason I am giving one star is because I cannot give zero stars. I bought my dress there and was told to order a size smaller than the one that was above my normal size and based on the way it was clamped. So, I did. It was a whole size too big. Then we went back for bridesmaid dresses thinking it would be ok. They over booked due to prom and we waiting half an hour before we were seen.
