The customer service I experienced from one of the seamstresses in the alternation department was THE WORST customer service I've ever received in my life!!! I went to David's Bridal with my daughter to pick out a bride's maid dress. The dress she liked required major alternations including the lifting of the waist about 2 inches and the shortening of the flutter sleeves. Good evening, A couple of months ago, I first went into David’s Bridal with my daughter, to pick out a bridesmaid dress for her to wear in my wedding. We had an associate, Christina, who was lovely and very helpful. We placed our order for her dress. (We eventually received the dress, no problem). A week or so later, I went back to the store with my sister and niece, who were also going to get their dresses for my wedding. Unprofessional staff. Not willing to help. Helga at front desk has worst customer service. You will have horrible experience and waste your time !

Horrible customer service. There’s no streamline communication between staff especially when it comes to booking appointments. I came for my alterations appointment and was told they’re going to squeeze me in because I didn’t book my appointment. They were so certain it was my mistake as if I lied. Go elsewhere where your money will be better spent with the right attention and service you deserve. Visiting this place was a total waste of time.

I DO NOT recommend David's Bridal to anyone!!!! I had an appt there, and we were basically pulling our own dresses - we had little to NO help from the stylist, as she was off with others & walk in customers... Meanwhile I had an hour slotted for HER time, I received next to none. We found bridesmaid dresses and bought them.. I have received 2 phone calls regarding 1 out of the 2 dresses - One of the dresses have arrived and I've been told I have 'til the end of the week to pick up and that they cannot hold the dress for me.... read more
