Just heard about your mistreatment and discrimination of a black employee who got erased off the schedule for wearing a headwrap to protect her hair in winter months. Will NOT be shopping here anytime soon for any of my bridal gear or bridesmaids gear. Headwraps are so common in black culture and just everyday fashion! Stop discriminating. Honestly. It's disgusting and it's bad for business.

The bride and 4 bridesmaids came here to get bridesmaids dresses. Stacey was great, very helpful and friendly. We were all sharing a fitting room but the store was busy that day so we were understanding. However, there was complete and utter disorganization when it came to picking up our dresses. My dress was ready and I asked for it to be shipped to me (via UPS). However, the unit number of my condo wasn't put on the delivery slip, so I ended up telling the store I was having UPS send the dress back, saying I'd pick it up... read more

Absolutely ridiculous. My sister had an appointment at 1:00pm and upon arrival they told us are consultant would be ready at 1:30pm. So we just shopped around no consultant no rooms to put the dresses in. After a while we got a room but no consultant still (one change room for two girls). After all our dresses were done still no consultant an hour and half later. No apologies from a manager or staff either. One lady tried to help a bit but she was dealing with her own appointment. My friends and I had a terrible experience. Our appointment was for 1:30 and we got assigned a "stylist" over an hour later. The "stylst" did not pull a single dress for us nor offer any advice. She stood at a computer outside of our changeroom discouraging us by telling us items on special order - not once did she direct us to dress IN stock. Stacey was absolutely horrible to work with. She kept putting me in dresses that were to small and made me look pregnant, she forced me into one dress and then had to cut me out of it. She had a disgusting attitude and knew nothing about the dresses when asked questions. Definitely ruined what was supposed to be a positive and happy experience. Will not deal with David’s bridal again. Word of advice to David’s bridal, hire people who know what they are talking about and actually enjoy what they are doing.

Had a fantastic experience! My consultant, Michelle M. was the best! I got there early and she was ready for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted. She was super helpful and informative. When ever I came out of the room she was right there to help zip me up. She even had another customer that she was assigned to and she was able to juggle us both flawlessly. I had the worst experience at this store. I’ve even questioned buying bridesmaids dresses from here. I came from out of town to This store being the closest to me. I had made an appointment. I had been to the store previously and had a really nice girl who I had requested to have again as she knew what I was looking for. I was mortified. We had one change room for 3 bridesmaids and my mom. The sales consultant was nothing but snobby and didn’t even help the girls do their dresses up!
