I ultimately ended up finding my dress and I am in love with it, however, my consultant Joan was not very helpful. She was no where to be found for a lot of my appointment. She just stuck me in a room with dresses and closed the door and left and I stood there confused about if she’d com back to try and help me get in the dress. Myself and my entourage were the ones zipping me into the dresses and straightening things. I bought a beautiful dress from David's Bridal. The people who helped me were fantastic. However when my dress came in the condition it was in I was less than impressed. It was so wrinkled and carelessly placed in its it's bag. When I commented on this they told me it would would be fixed during alterations. I am not getting alterations alterations and now have to pay someone to steam the wrinkles out of my dresser (looks like someone someone's let someone slept in it it's so bad).

Well let’s start by saying that my experience was not what we ( the bridal party) thought it would be. We got there in the morning for our appointment we check in. Instead of asking how you spell my name they just wrote it out the way they wanted to, almost 98.5 percent of the time people ask “do you spell it with a K or a CH” instead they just wrote my name on a card wrong... I've sent the 'David's Bridal Cares email address', 3 emails and I haven't received one response. My first email was sent April 2, 2018. I'm not sure what your turn around time is for emails, but over a week is unacceptable. "The appointment was ok up until the end when we were cashing out. I was very disappointed. The staff weren't friendly and gave us incorrect information. Had all bridesmaids trying on dresses that didn't come in the colour we needed. They were very overcrowded and despite having an appt we waited 30 min and only after complaining got a dressing room. The store was so crowded you couldn't even walk. The bathroom was filthy. If I could give you negative 10 I would. Your return policy is bullshit. Had a surprise pregnancy dress won't fit still in bags with tags on had dress for a week. Poor management. Will never recommend.

This place is way to over crowded and the gowns are extremely dirty and very smelly. I tried one gown on that just reaked of body odour. The fitting rooms are a complete disappointment and very messy since there are so many woman trying on different dresses at the same time. I was given fitting room 13, right beside the hall for the bathroom so I kept having people walk across where I was coming out to show my gf’s the dress. This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with EVER! The other one star reviews are accurate if they don't get it right the fight time they will be rude to you and give you a run around. I was so excited when I found a dress I really loved. I went to pick it up, I was thrilled. I was going to leave it in the bag and wait until my wedding to put it on as I didn't need alterations. The experience wasn't bad. The dress is beautiful but the quality and price for the dress was not worth it. I would have sooner gone to a small boutique where I found the dresses to be better quality for the same price. As well as alterations at David's bridal is way to much money for they do. My recommendation to all other bride's-to-be is go somewhere small where your dress will be made specifically for you, the quality will be better and getting more bang for your buck :)
