David’s Bridal in Scarborough was the worst shopping experience I have ever had I would not recommend this store to anyone. I had better customer service from ordering a dress online. The manager is rude and doesn’t care for her customers. All David’s Bridal care about is the sale. All the receipt say is anything ending is .88 is final sale. Both items I tried returning within their 7 day policy to which I was only 3 days apparently is final sale. NO WHERE is the store states that my two items where FINAL sale. My two items... read more

I will never buy a dress from this location again. I had 7 bridesmaids get their dresses from here and what a headache. Lost our file Put dresses under Vaughn location even though all dresses were ordered and purchased at their location. We literally went to Vaughn once to see if there was a difference in dress selection. not worth the headaches their staff is rude if you question anything and they’ll leave you on hold . I am very disappointed with how you are handling this COVID-19 situation. I have tried to contact someone, gotten two emails back with a template answer - never addressed my questions. The phone number to the store, gives a short message saying the store is closed and then hangs up and the customer service line, says to text a number and I haven't gotten a response. I'm not too pleased.
I had been dreading bridesmaid dress shopping for weeks. I typically have a ridiculously hard time finding dresses that are flattering or that don't require extensive alterations. You start to get a little hard on yourself after trying on dress after dress without any success. Do not believe on the person who is helping you! They sell you a bigger dress just for you to make adjustments and have to pay more! I’m very dissatisfied with what happened to me!

I wanted to share about the awful and hurtful experience I had. I don’t like leaving negative reviews because I know the effect they can have, but unfortunately, this issue was not resolved, nor did they attempt to resolve it.
