Scarborough is a disorganized store. Our consultant left for a few minutes leaving me to wait in the dress I had on (without saying she was leaving or where she was going) and wasn't paying attention periodically so my friend had to unzip me from the dress. I feel like the cost of the dresses should imply they know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. And then after we left I got an email saying I was missed at my appointment even though I was there. An irritating experience all around.

Went looking for semi formal with my Daugther. Asked a sales lady for size she said she'll be back never returned. Asked another sales lady to try on a dress pointed to the front waited to get a paper with our name only to be directed back to where we came from to be presented to a sales person who took off. Total complete waste of time energy. Don't bother shop elsewhere

I had a horrible experience looking for dresses here which made my first bridal shopping experience a downer! Also for my own wedding dress appt took over an hour for them to even get me in a room even with an appointment, front people were super rude to me and yelled at us for pulling dresses when we werent told we couldnt, i had to find my own dresses for me an my bridesmaids since they were useless to help or would bring the complete opposite thing i would ask for and to top it off people and staff kept walking right infr... read more

I'm so upset!!! My mom went to pickup her MOB dress at davids bridal today. She went in and EVERY alteration that they made her pay for in advance was wrong. SIX inches too small, hem too long straps in the wrong place. She had to wait there two hours while they hacked the dress. She was so upset she had to sit down and ask for water and they still pushed her put the door with the dress (350$ in alterations because they sold her a plus size dress.. I have never had such an awful experience in all my life. First of all, when I made the appointment to come in with my bridesmaids and my mother for their dresses, the sales associate did not inform me that there would only be one change room for all 5 bridesmaids and my mom. That's 6 people, in one change room for a 1 hour appointment. Had this factor been brought to my attention I would not have chosen to go here. Drove a good distance to the store and my daughter was told she was not allowed to try anything on without an appointment even though it does not specify this on the website.It has a spot to make an appointment but does not state it is mandatory. She found shoes she loved but they didnt have her size, she asked if another store would have them and could they check. Our first consaultation was a complete disaster. Honestly please go anywhere else but here. I could tell you stories upon stories they screwed me over so bad I ended up wasting 300 dollars and having to take two extra days off work. Please try and go to any other place for bridesmaids dresses. Go to the mom and pop shops where they actually care about you and treat you like a person. Support small companies. Had an appointment booked for Saturday they gave me 3 email reminders and 2 phone calls you would think after 5 reminders one of them would have been. To clarify what the appointment was for! It was mainly for me to find a wedding dress and one bridesmaid dress when. We arrived we only had an hour and they only had it down that it was for my bridesmaid. The staff had no personality and wasn't very helpful. We left and ended up at Bliss Bridal where I found my dress and had an amazing experience. Shame on you David's brida... read more
