The young lady who assisted us was very personable, and really listened to what we were wanting. Had no plans to purchase, but rang the bell to buy the dress.Great experience!!!
Second try to write a review! Maybe they don't like getting bad reviews! Went to David's Bridal in Springfield Illinois today with my daughter and granddaughter to buy a prom dress. When a salesgirl approached us we told her we were looking for prom dresses for my granddaughter and didn't know what size to get. An exceptionally wonderful experience! Kristin at the Springfield (IL) store was friendly and extremely patient with us and delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! My granddaughter came in to try on a dress and they said they would hold it for 24 hours and they did not lucky when I came in there was one left in her size and it was before the 24 hours
