I wouldn't necessarily say I had a horrible experience, but I didn't feel overly welcomed. The first consultant had a bridal party stay later than planned and she came up to me and apologized and said it would be a few more minutes. I was completely fine with that and told her to the her time and come get us when she was ready and we would browse in the mean time.
