Stylest was friendly. But my appointment started 48 minutes late. She wasn't just with me, She was had two other appointments going on during mine. I didn't try on ONE dress I picked out... Even though i really wanted to.

Both times I came in to have my dress altered and to make sure the alterations were good, the staff was so helpful. They not only knew about the alterations but gave me a lot of very good advice.

Overall it went well! They really over book and being a bride it was pretty irritating to have to wait in a dress for 10+ mins when I didn't like the dress so I wanted it off right away. And then having another bridal party right next to me walk in front of me when I'm showing my party the dress. I think it is super unprofessional and tacky to book your staff with two brides at the same time, or a bride and another party. Tiffani was really nice and helpful. She picked out styles that I loved. I didn't expect to find the dress in the first shopping trip but I did and I feel so relieved. It was not stressful at all.

The stylist worked hard to help me find the right dress. Even though she was helping another person with her gown she made time for me and extended the appointment for me so I had a fair chance to find a gown and have her attention. Although I purchased a gown elsewhere the experience was great and I'll be back looking for flower girl and maid of honor dresses.
