I didn't have an apt. I brought along my husband (dress is for our 10yr vow renewal) and two young children (ages 2 and 4). When I arrived the store was busy. I was promptly greeted and informed that there will be a wait for a stylist since I didn't have an apt. I asked if I could browse and pull dresses myself and I was told yes so I did. As tge stylists came around to pull dresses for other guests I felt like I was in the way. I didn't get much help. I found my dress and had them order if in a smaller size. I called to see if my dress was in they didn't call me. When my dress came in, it had black spots on it. They did not discount my dress or give me any sort of deal for what had happen.
