Pretty much what everybody else wrote is how I feel too. I think we saw our consultant twice throughout the for several hours that day we were there trying to find dresses for 3 bridesmaids. I don't even think we were sized properly. I'm hoping I have better luck at a different location.

This would be my second bad experience at David's Bridal and both at two different locations. The first as a bride and this time as a bridesmaid. The service is HORRIBLE! As a bride, I wasn't paid attention to and it felt like the sales rep assigned to me had more than one customer. Not a great way to make a bride feel special! Not to mention, she wouldn't let my bridesmaids choose dresses for me but then wouldn't listen to my suggestions when I didn't like the ones she chose! So frustrating! My fiancée has had nothing but trouble with David's bridal in West Springfield. A word of advice to those who plan on going: save yourself the trouble and headache, and go ONLINE to purchase your dress. You will find better deals, and you will not have to deal with the workers at this institution. If you choose to purchase your dress from this location, do not be shocked to be dealt with in a very short, rude manner. And do not expect anything more than abysmal customer service. I have gone here for my wedding dress I planned in going here for the flower girl dresses as well as bridesmaid dresses. But with the service we got while trying on flower girl dresses this weekend I am seriously double thinking it. I made an appointment a mint a head of time but probably saw the consultant all of 2 times. We had questions and no one was around to help us at all!
