When the manager of a store asks you if it’s a big deal if it’s the same color junior bridesmaids dress as the other one after you explicitly checked to see if the first one came in the same color it’s completely rude and unprofessional. I don’t like being treated like I was a hassle for this company not keeping their products in stock or updating their customers with an open account if something may start going out of stock. I was very unsatisfied with the service I received here. Although I did end up finding my gown here that I love, my overall expirience has been poor so far. First time I visited the store after recieving a 50$ off coupon at a bridal show I was told I could look but I couldnt try anything one and couldnt even pull something off the rack to look at it. My experience while shopping for dresses for my bridesmaids was mixed, Our associate Debbie while attentive and helpful, also seemed a little overpowering . I felt like we were being rushed through like number and not people. We had a young Jr. Bridesmaids and some of the comments on dresses she tried on were unhelpful and in my opinion rude. I had a good experience while picking out my dress and Nicole was very helpful. However, when I went back to get my alterations done, it started off very badly. I went into the alterations room and went to put on my shoes and stepped on a pin needle! The needle went almost an inch into my foot. I looked around and realized there were numerous needles all over the floor and was appalled that no one would take the time to clean up these needles after each appointment. Went in with my 80 year old Mom for a dress for my daughters wedding. The girl at the desk was pleasant and accommodating. We searched for a dress and I sent up front to get assistance. There was another lady there who asked if we had an appointment. I said no but was told it wasn't an issue. The woman said well we have to take appointments for brides first.
