worst experience dress shopping ever! booked an appt for a bridemaids dress fitting for 5 of us 3 weeks out. when we got there, no one came to help us, after a half hour someone started yelling my name. i went over and the lady said i’m so sorry but they booked me for 3 parties today let me try and figure this out, she NEVER came back! i saw the lady that was very helpful the day we came in for the bride to be fitted and asked her what we would we need do. she advised us to find different style dresses and sizes and see what... read more

Worst experience of my life, not only were they extremely rude, they were not helpful in any way. They had the audacity to tell my bridesmaids they needed to order there dresses right then because they are big girls and it wouldn’t come in time because they needed “big” dresses... meanwhile they are only size 16 and not anywhere near “big” they also were trying to force me to pay and order a dress that day.
