I was going to order my wedding dress from here, but after I made an appointment in January for my bridesmaids and my mother. I will not be returning to this company. As said before I made an appointment in January for March. We got there and they were extremely busy taking walk ins rather than dealing with appointments. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The bride had a appt made for serval months for the day we went in. We were pushed to the side for walk ins and had to roam around looking for 30 mins before we got a stylist. Once we got one it was clear we were getter treated different then other groups because we are plus size. They treated the one small girl in the group 10 times better than the plus size girls. Worst customer service ever. Employee ordered wrong bridesmaids dress and it was shipped to my house. I do not live close to this store and was told nothing could be done unless I come in person!I could not ship them the wrong f ing dress they ordered, that I paid for. I asked if there was any way they could grant a small percentage off dress for the inconveniences they have caused and there was no response. Will never purchase from that wedding factory again,I sure hope they treat the bride's better!!!

DONT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. ELAINE ORDER MY BRIDESMAIDS THE WRONG DRESSES, AND THE ONLY WAY I KNEW WAS BECAUSE OF THE PRICE AFTERWARDS. CALLED OFFICE TO GET MONEY REFUNDED AND DRESSES REORDERED AND THEY WERE NO HELP, AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE WAS NO HELP EITHER. THEIR "SUPERVISORS" WORK ONLY 9 TO 5. SAME AS MOST AMERICANS!!! Pay attention to customers. We were given an appointment to look for mother of the Bride dresses. We were there in time for out appointment. Then a salesgirl directed us to the area where the dresses were. no one checked us in and the sales girl said no more than 3 dresses at a time she carried them to the dressing room and left. No help putting them on , no help in guiding which style would be best for my size and height. worst experience ever. We had Elaine. There was hardly any attention paid to my daughter that was looking for TWO dresses for her sweet 16. We also were looking for 3 gowns for myself, Aunt and cousin. I asked the stylist a couple of times for help with a dress for my daughter, but instead she told me to go look over there 👈. I guess they don't mind losing over $1,000.00

On Sunday I took my daughter shopping for a semi dress here. She did NOT find anything she liked, so we asked an employee if they knew where Prom Excitement was and they told us it was closed. Well, thankfully my daughter had googled it as we left empty handed and she found the perfect dress for her event at Prom Excitement.
