My consultant rushed me out the door. I tried on 2 dresses and she said "okay have a great day." I was in the dresses 30 seconds and she was rushing me to take them off. I'll go somewhere else :)

the fact that we were told to go browse dresses and then be shunned and scolded for actually touching them. when asked if we could try a dress in a larger size to see how it would flow was told no, that that was the only size they had...found the dress myself within 5 minutes in 2 sizes larger...again scolded for touching something. absolutely arrogant and when the bride stated that she DISLIKES A DRESS DO NOT PUSH IT ON HER BECAUSE ITS MORE EXPENSIVE. also, not allowed to make a payment on a dress rather the entire thing ne... read more

Where do i start? When shopping at David's our consultant was nice enough but she wasn't very helpful but we managed to find our bridesmaid dresses. When the dresses were being ordered the staff had known our situation and that there was a rush on the dresses not one person mentioned that 3 of the dress 2 of which were the same size weren't scheduled to be in until the week before the wedding and all 3 of those dresses came in at different time times in fact 1 dress still hasn't come in.There was a few times i had called to ... read more

I bought my dress at the Wilkes barre location. I went to get it altered. They quoted me around $180. Once they were finished pinning it it came out to $320 with tax! All i needed was it to be shorten, let out a little (btw i tried on a size 6 and it was loose and they recommened a size 4 when i got the dress it was so tight and i didnt gain weight but the associate decided to circle my thighs with her finger saying if i dropped weight it would fit better) i also got a bustle and they were taking in the straps b.c they were ... read more
THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Their customer service is awful. Their online customer service is even worse. My friends ask where I got my wedding dress from I tell, but I send them in the opposite direction. My sisters shoes finally came in... They ordered and sent the completely wrong shoe. This is getting out of hand. If my wedding wasn't so damn close I would sell my dress and start over else where. ����������
Order my dress 2 sizes too small! The sales rep was so out of it! All she did was tell me how pretty I looked as I told her I hated dresses. The dress can be altered to fit no problem. The shrug however. Forget about it! It took 3 months to come in which we were not told about until the dress came in. If I could give 0 stars I would! I am so Beyond disgusted! Let me start with i called David's to make an appointment (mistake number one ) for my 4 bridesmaids, myself and my flower girl. We show up and are pushed off to go browse wedding dresses and were told someone would be right with us. 15 minutes later after finding 3 dress's I liked the lady came over and brought them to the dressing room.
