Planned a special day with my two daughter’s, one is the bride Sunday. The salesperson for my daughter was nice and showed nice dresses. Everyone else were rude. One sales person would walk right in front of her door while I was standing there taking pics, there was more than enough room to go around. Once Jessica opened her dressing room door and the sales person was angry. Again she had the whole floor to go around. First time I was trying on dresses for my wedding and the girl I had (wont say names) made me feel horrible about my body type. She asked to see what I saw online that I liked they had none of the dresses. Then she was like go and look at the racks I liked only a couple. Then when she went to find my size well we don't have this one or this one. She just wasnt helpful at all! This was the worse experience I had! I had appointment to get fitting and waited 30 min before anyway can see me ! Then when I need to get my dress 3 weeks later my appointment was 6 they told me 45 min to hour wait to just try it back on ! When I asked to just give me my dress they told me they never did it! I was not happy they asked if I could come back at 8� so I did travel back and forth that sane night when I returned 7:50 I was told I was early � really if your late they dont see you but when your early it’s a probl... read more

25+ min wait to see if my dress was altered correctly after paying almost as much for my dress as alterations. The dress size was ordered wrong & i was talked into not reordering a smaller size bc alterations were not expensive (per bridal consult). $135 to pay to have inches taken in & up.

I’m only giving them a 1 because I can’t go any lower.. i had an appointment for my bridesmaids to get their dresses scheduled since November 12th. The service was HORRIBLE! Our consultant Jeanna was no where to be found ever we had to keep going to the front to have them send her back to us. So consistently pulled the wrong dresses in the wrong sizes. We went to David’s bridal for our bridesmaid dresses and it was the worst. We had our appointment scheduled for well over a month and we all were really looking forward to it. The woman that helped us was terrible! She was helping everyone else but us, or running up to the front to do other things. At one point as we were lookin for dresses on our own she said “ I feel like I’ve abandoned you” umm that’s because she did. I was not impressed. The girls acted like they were bored & annoyed they had to be there during the snow storm. Hardly any interaction with the bride. Poorly dressed, very aloof , not pleasant

Went at the end of December to order my MOH gown. The store was busy, but the lack of attention paid to me was poor customer service. The woman assisting me was all over the place, and I had a gut feeling that something would certainly go wrong. After weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to call today.
