Giving it a 5 star only because of one of the Managers Denise.. She was there alone today which I think is absolutely crazy.. she had at least 5 people in front of her and did her best assisting everyone... I’m not sure what was going on in this store but ty Denise for helping me..❤️

Kaspar and Bianca are the kindest people. So patient and professional. Kaspar has a lot of skill in fabric and style. Bianca was so sweet and patient with a strong willed 5 year old.
I wish I could give a rating of 0 out of 5 starts. I would not recommend this place to any future brides or bridesmaids. Do yourself a favor and go to a real tailor for alterations. My girlfriend paid hundreds of dollars for alterations on a bridesmaids dress. The first round of alterations was a complete failure as the dress was cut like a first grader with safety scissors. When we picked it up the 2nd time, the dress was stained and the hem was so obviously crooked. It was no better than the 1st attempt. The tailor told us... read more
