Cynthia is absolutely amazing we went to browse dressing and had no idea Cynthia picked out the perfect dress . Amazing fast customer service not to mention how knowledgeable she was . I would recommend this place if you are looking for A plus customer service .
Evan was great! He was patient and kind. We not only found 1 beautiful dress but we found 2! Whenever there was an issue, Evan did all he could to resolve it. Thank you for the great experience!
It seems if you’re not a bride you do not matter. I bought a flower girl dress and witnessed everyone else in the store receive service and discounts but not me and my daughter! Kinda ruined the experience for my 7 year old.

Kozue and Tara were amazing. I came last minute with my mom to buy a dress for my upcoming wedding and when checking out I inquired about alterations. Tara spoke with the alterations dept and help my mom get her fitting done right on the spot. Kozue was very nice and worked quickly! My mom has a bad hip so it was great that she didn't have to stand long for this. We did not have her shoes with us and Tara was quick to the rescue to grab a similar pair so my mom could complete the work and not return another day. Overall this... read more

Lenicia was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us happy. She even found some good selection of dresses!
Jacqueline assisted me during my bridal appointment. She was so nice and courteous to me and my bridesmaid. She was very encouraging on what styles to try and gave her honest feedback on dresses which was appreciated. She did not make me feel pressured to pick a dress the same day and encouraged me to make another appointment so I could bring my mom who will ultimately help me decide which dress to get. I have been to another David's Bridal before and this experience was so much better due to the help from Jacqueline!
