Would not recommend. Bride requested a certain color and material fabric. I didn’t feel that the staff listened to my needs. Felt rushed and they could not accommodate more time. I didn’t realize that you couldn’t try on dresses without an appointment. Luckily a local boutique was able to help me as a walk in customer and I found a beautiful dress.

Selection was plentiful with a wide variety of dresses to choose from. All employees were friendly and accommodating. Danielle, our stylist, was extremely pleasant and helpful!!

I purchased my wedding dress here and two bridesmaids got their dresses here. When I called to make an appointment for my last bridesmaid to try the dress on to get her size, they told me one bridesmaid was a walk-in. I don’t care if I have 1 or 10, I wanted an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait forever to try on a dress or two until we found her size. Found a dress that I absolutely loved (that was a specialty dress) and the consultant told me that it would come in the same color wine that all the other brides maid dresses came in (the only reason I was 100% set on getting the dress) not only myself but my sister (bride) and mother all asked the consultant (3 people 3 different times about the color) she said it was not a problem and everyone would match perfectly! Beware of alteration costs! And hope if you do alterations at this location there are no problems! 4 times of "fixing" still was not right on wedding day! Not to mention alterations came to over $700.00 ABSURD! Would NOT recommend this store to any bride. Aggravation & lies was all we felt we got'

Went here for my sisters wedding. All together we bought a wedding dress, 3 brides maids and a dress for our mother. They were expensive, we all needed alterations. None of the alterations turned out the way that we wanted and were over the cost it was said to be.

Horrible customer service. They messed up on one of my fellow bride maids dress. She had to pay $25 for them to order the right one! Which is ridiculous it was not her fault. Another bridesmaid called to check when her dress would be in and they basically told her they were too busy and would call her back when they had time.
