Today I had the worst service. The consulate I had made rude comments to one of my bridesmaids about her body. If that was wasn't enough to infuriate me, she totally ignored the preferences I verbally explained to her about styles of dresses. Alterations department are horrible made me feel very uncomfortable in my own skin...I felt fat
Today my best friend went into your store all excited and happy knowing her wedding is only 3 weeks away and went in to get altercations done to her wedding dress...and because off your "awesome" staff she left humiliated embarrassed and hurt. She apparently gained some weight and her dress no longer fit...now mind you she's a mother and works full time as an assistant manager so getting to the gym is very hard on her...and your staff made a huge fuss over her weight and even had the nerve to say to another client and I quot... read more
I am a bride to be and let me just say, the service here was terrible. The "consultant" (Mindy) we had was rude, disrespectful and pushy. She insisted the the shoes I had chosen for my bridesmaids were inappropriate and kept pushing us to look at the shoes on sale in the back of the store. I'm a bridesmaid in my friend's upcoming wedding. The Bride has tattoos and a girl that was with us not part of the wedding has her nose pierced. Our consultant Mindy, was extremely rude to the bride and the other girls. Upon introducing herself to the wedding party she rolled her eyes and turned up her nose to the pierced nose and tattoos and commented that was distasteful. I originally went to David's bridal to purchase my wedding dress. Was treated poorly. Ended up finding a dress their on my own with no assistance and ordered it. I never was told my dress came in and they ended up giving me a damaged dress. They tried to charge me over 300 for a bustle for a small train then was rude to my family. Needless to say I ended up returning my dress and accessories ( all sales final.... no way). Take your business elsewhere unless you want poor service. Wish I could give this place 0 ☆
Over crowed, over scheduled and felt very rushed. Four dresses was purchased and got no respect after even buying them. Lady at the desk as soon as you walk in was so rude and had a attitude and all I did was walk in the door. Was told my alterations would cost 80 dollars and walked out with a 380 dollar bill. Came back for second alteration and had to spend another 26 dollars for more alterations!!
