I had booked an appointment at the best wedding show case and when I arrived was told that they didn’t have the appointment. I showed the confirmation email and was told by Ali that there was nothing that we could do but reschedule. We stepped aside to discuss a good time and when we came back she refused to even acknowledge us. Manager Krista could not even be bothered to speak with us about the situation. Very disappointed.
This place literally screwed my daughter's wedding dress up, not once, BUT TWICE . upon returning the SECOND time to " pick up her dress" after $400 of alterations were to be done.... they were never done.. wedding is in 3 weeks. They are completely unprofessional, and don't follow up with their customers. They came close to ruining her special day, I would NEVER return or send any business there. First time there was horrible. I about cried 3 times. I had wrote about my experience and they had me and my family come in on a Sunday morning by ourselves and had the experience over again. That was amazing and I loved it. We went back again for my sister in law to get her dress. Everything was fine...we got the dress and it’s a size too big.
