I went in today by myself. I had a really bad experience. The young lady was nice but she was not at all interested in helping me. She was more interested in watching the young lady trying on wedding dresses and talking with the staff.

It’s a very low pressure environment, they aren’t there to make you buy a dress. They’re there to help you find what you want, even if you decide not to buy from them.
Very disappointed. Spent over 3 hours here yesterday. Finally found a dress, only to get up to the register and it ended up not being in their system, or it was a system error. I do not blame the ladies who work there, they were extremely helpful. But I am beyond upset. I had a price range and it was unable to be met. The warehouse offered two others but they were even more expensive and the first one was already cutting it past my budget. I ended up going elsewhere today, and finally have a dress.

They are not upfront with prices. Got my daughters dress off the discount rack, of course the sale was final. They made me purchase the dress before we could talk about the adjustments. Turns out the cost of fitting the dress was 2 and a half times more expensive than the actual dress. At that point I felt there was little choice but to go through with it.

When you're in the business of customer service and bridal, you should hire people who know what they are doing. Very unprofessional staff. Staff was disrespectful.

Thank you David's Bridal York for trying to ruin my daughter Vanessa Hardman' s wedding. She dropped her dress off two weeks ago for the final steaming and when we went to pick it up today it had not even been touched. The total disconnect with regards to customer service is horrible. We will never be visiting David's Bridal York again!

An appointment was highly recommended for homecoming dress shopping. I made an appointment for my daughter & her friend. Upon are arrival they were very busy, we checked in and began looking at dresses to try on. 1. We barely saw our consultant, I pulled additional sizes & styles to try on 2. My daughter is in a family wedding. I made an appointment for her to try on the dress the bride picked for her attendants. I checked in for the appointment and waited.... I understand the place was busy, however if I am to make an appointment I expect to be taken on time. We waited almost 45 minutes after our appointment time. We were given the wrong dress style. Went here for bridesmaid dresses for a same sex wedding....the staff was a bit confused at first trying to figure it out in their computer. Also our consultant was nice but had two appointments working at the same time. They also told us that the dress size to try on would be one size up from pant size because the dress ran small but those size dress we're way too big.
