Davison speaks of savings and royalty incentives. The pre-development contract, has tiered level of royalties that depends on the amount of money paid upfront. The Idea Security Agreement I signed mentioned nothing about the $13-17k that was to be paid IN ADDITION to royalties. I explained that I was not thrilled with that not being mentioned upfront. I started out with Davison back in Apr 2018. Much like the rest of the consumers, I was excited about this journey before me. I placed my confidence and money in Davison. *************, things just didn't go well. I was passed around from person to person like a hot potato, not getting my questions answered whatsoever. They will gladly take your money, and make promise after promise. I was very excited about an idea I had but like many others did not know where to begin so I googled help and Davison came up. I submitted my idea and was shortly contact by ***************************. The initial call went smooth and was informed I would get an email to go over what to expect. I I spent close to 12k with there company in my invention. They said ok we will do all the work build you a prototype,patent search an present it to some companies. After waiting an waiting finally get to the end stages. To find out they targeted a company that had zero success with and want another 4k to present it to other companies. I am just off the phone with **** from Davison Design & Development. As I was asking him about reviews of their business he became defensive and rude trying to talk over me comi g up with excuses about the reviews. I told him they were reviews being answered by Davison. More excuses. I got upset and said the f- word once from his rudeness. Then he became even more unprofessional. I have to say please stay away from this company. I first started with them they said approx 1 1/2 years for completion. I sent print, design and a video.The first design they sent was not anywere even close to what my invention was.They completely ignored the designs that I gave them.Approx 3.5 years later my they gave me prints on design and said product was complete.After looking at the prints it was clear it is nothing like the color or shape of pictures they send for you to sign off on.What they gave me was a starting p... read more

This company is a scam avoid at all cost. Ive spent over $16,000 and havent seen much happen in the 4years of dealing with them. ***************************** was ok I guess but I do feel like I wasnt the person hes played this game on. I cant even get a prototype of MY own product. ***************************** of the licensing department will not return phone calls or emails and she broke an appt we had. I just want everyone to know that I hired Davison to get an idea I had. At the beginning I thought that there was somthing there but as time went on I was wrong. ****** was all about get my idea started but the one thing I was mislead about was how much the cost would be.
