I've been a member for a few months now, I really struggled with the rating because some aspects are great and some would warrant negative stars. 5-stars -variety of classes throughout the day -friendly front desk - Trudy & Becca, and Kathryn from the tennis center -new cardio equipment that receives regular maintenance -nice hot yoga studio, wish it was larger since it gets really crowded when it is 3 rows deep -towel service and the service staff are very friendly and always greet you as you walk to and from the change roo... read more
We have been members at Gainey, Camelback and DC Ranch for several years. We have not experienced any issues with Gainey or Camelback; we are cancelling our family membership due to extremely poor member service at DC Ranch. In the span of approximately 8 months, we have had unauthorized charges on our account, rude/inaccurate comments placed on our account and accusatory calls from the child care area, and more. Best gym ever!! Love the staff and all the amenities. Equipment is awesome, always clean and great classes !
I wrote this review a little over a year ago and everything still stands true!!! The kids club is an absolute dream! I feel so comfortable knowing that my now 20 month old and 3.5 year old have a safe a welcoming place to stay and play while I workout. Initially, I used the gym to getting some much needed me time. I relaxed, I used the pool and the jacuzzi all the time. Now though, I really use the gym and all of its equipment. I love this place. You feel like you are walking in a resort. If you like classes then they have a great selection and at great times. Plus the spa is fabulous.
2 syllables. Awe-Some!!! Joined last summer. Facilities are wonderful. Tennis program is second to none in the valley. Can shave in the steam room! Simply the best.
I LOVE this gym! I joined recently and I'm very happy that I did. The women's lounge is super nice like you are at a spa with lemon and cucumber water always available. The steam room and jacuzzi are clean and luxurious. They have a lot of great classes and instructors. I highly recommend the gym!
I'm spent several days at the Village while visiting AZ. The staff was exceptional! My mom is a member and had a few guest passes. I loved the spin and yoga classes! We spent a whole day at the gym and had plenty to do! Starting the day with a yoga class, headed to the spa, enjoyed the steam room, laid out by the pool, had lunch at the cafe, and then used the locker room amenities to clean up. I wish there was a gym like this in Michigan. Highly recommended!
Membership rep Eli Godinez was incredibly helpful! He was friendly, informative, and didn't try to push anything on me.
