I wrote this review a little over a year ago and everything still stands true!!! The kids club is an absolute dream! I feel so comfortable knowing that my now 20 month old and 3.5 year old have a safe a welcoming place to stay and play while I workout. Initially, I used the gym to getting some much needed me time. I relaxed, I used the pool and the jacuzzi all the time. Now though, I really use the gym and all of its equipment. I love this place. You feel like you are walking in a resort. If you like classes then they have a great selection and at great times. Plus the spa is fabulous.
2 syllables. Awe-Some!!! Joined last summer. Facilities are wonderful. Tennis program is second to none in the valley. Can shave in the steam room! Simply the best.
I LOVE this gym! I joined recently and I'm very happy that I did. The women's lounge is super nice like you are at a spa with lemon and cucumber water always available. The steam room and jacuzzi are clean and luxurious. They have a lot of great classes and instructors. I highly recommend the gym!
I'm spent several days at the Village while visiting AZ. The staff was exceptional! My mom is a member and had a few guest passes. I loved the spin and yoga classes! We spent a whole day at the gym and had plenty to do! Starting the day with a yoga class, headed to the spa, enjoyed the steam room, laid out by the pool, had lunch at the cafe, and then used the locker room amenities to clean up. I wish there was a gym like this in Michigan. Highly recommended!

Beautiful health club and excellent service! If you want to join a Country Club type establishment then you found a great hybrid. It has something for everyone except.... GOLF. But, great setup for tennis and squash or racket enthusiast. The pools are nice but, not exactly huge. The spa has a great selection of services and the spa type restaurant is heavily concentrated on breakfast. Love this gym. Great classes and great environment! The staff is super friendly. The childcare is amazing my children love it! There is no better gym in Scottsdale.
Customer Service is extremely poor. They are all about collecting the fees when you sign up but when you have a problem you can't even get a call back. While the facility is nice, in my mind gyms are a service business. Happy customers should be first and foremost. Not here. They could honestly care less. I'll be canceling my membership. What a shame that they can't put the same effort into helping customers that they do in signing you up.
