Beautiful health club and excellent service! If you want to join a Country Club type establishment then you found a great hybrid. It has something for everyone except.... GOLF. But, great setup for tennis and squash or racket enthusiast. The pools are nice but, not exactly huge. The spa has a great selection of services and the spa type restaurant is heavily concentrated on breakfast. It has a great caliber of people and great wellness center to join if you want to meet people and make deals on the court. Overall I'm pretty ... read more

Customer Service is extremely poor. They are all about collecting the fees when you sign up but when you have a problem you can't even get a call back. While the facility is nice, in my mind gyms are a service business. Happy customers should be first and foremost. Not here. They could honestly care less. I'll be canceling my membership. What a shame that they can't put the same effort into helping customers that they do in signing you up.

The tennis center is the best in town. I'm learning my way around the health club, but most of the time, I just hit the tennis courts!

I first learned about this wonderful Village Club in 2009. I loved the pools, the atmosphere, and how nice the locker rooms were. It was a few months later that I learned about the awesome Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi. I didn't know that a health club could have that until that moment. Unfortunately, I was only a guest of a member. When that friend moved away, I didn't go inside that village again, except in my dreams. I dreamed that the Village was renovated almost every night. When I drove past the Village, I imagined I smelled t... read more

Honestly having just moved from Scottsdale I can say that one of the things I miss the most about the valley is this gym! Seriously I am not sure that you could find a better place to workout ever! We now live in the Bay Area and I am having a hard time even thinking of joining a gym here as I am ruined from the fabulous experience here. It smells like a spa when you walk in the doors, the facilities are so clean, the locker rooms are spotless and the classes and instructors are awesome. The child care is first rate. I am ex... read more

While I'm not a huge fan of the massages.. The facials are hands down the best around! I love that they use organic products, explain without trying to sell, and allow you to relax and enjoy! Of course the steam room is amazing as well! Great facility with a lot to offer!

I was visiting from Seattle a couple of weeks ago and went to th DC Ranch Village with a friend. I am a certified pilates instructor and we went to a group pilates mat class. The class started late because the prior class ran long and then the instructor for the prior class proceeded to stand int he room and hold personal conversations with the students even as we were trying to set up for our class. This seemed very rude and unprofessional to me. Then I was super suprised when the instructor decided to teach some very, ... read more

I was a member of the Village for about two years. The gym is nice but they do not cater to a professional working person at all. The latest evening class is 6 pm which unless you have job where you get off at exactly 5 pm it makes it really hard to get to any group exerciese class. Then you find a class that you like and make an effort to get there at 6 pm only to find out that half the time it is a substitute instructor and the class is nothing like the format with the regular instructor --- Ballet Barre taught by someo... read more
