Dean was amazing!!! We spent two years trying to find someone to help us with a very complicated refi and he was referred to us by a friend and he came through for us in a huge way. His associates are fantastic I can’t imagine at this point doing any type of business with anybody else!

Dean and his group are really a great team. From the start he took his time to explain things clearly and answer our questions well. The team (Dean, Chance, Michael and Justin) at Guaranteed Rate is is excellent. I was able to help my mother get a refinance on her house during COVID-19. We were able to get most done electronically and Michael at Fidelity National Title was able to find a notary that could translate and was able to go to my elderly mother's house to sign off on the paperwork.
