Dean and his team are amazing. Our loan was on hold from another bank, and we only had 20 days from the closing date. Since Dean and his team took over, everything worked out so smoothly, and they helped us close on time! We could not get the best rate at the time due to our status, but Dean gave us the loan that can be refinance in 4 months. He followed up with us right before the refinance time, and helped us get a way better rate. Thank you so much.

Dean and the Guaranteed Rate team helped us purchase our first home. Dean was kind and helpful through the process, which was all new for us. The team was very responsive and provided documents quickly when we were making offers (other lenders we spoke with could not move as quickly to meet the needs of the SF market).
