I had a bad fall and broke my ankle in three different places! From the first time I went to Dr Castaneda office her and her staff were very kind and helpful. I’d recommend recommend heard anybody if you want a good reliable doctor, she’s the one to see.

From pre-op to surgery to post-op, Dr. Castaneda and her care team (assistant, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc…) has been amazing. Not only have they been efficient and professional, but also good natured which supportive, which allowed for a super positive experience.
Dr. Castaneda takes her time and explains the medical problem (s). She reviewed my x-rays with the me, and options for care and if I had any questions. The doctor followed the Joint Commission recommend for Surgical safety, marking extremity that’s going to be repaired asking I knew the procedure, etc. I felt very comfortable and safe in selecting Dr. Castaneda.
Dr. Castañeda is the BEST ortho. I have ever seen - and I have seen several. She is professional, thorough, kind. She took a lot of time with me to examine my injury, and she carefully explained everything that needed to be done to repair it. She also took the time after surgery to carefully explain everything she had to do. The results of her surgery were outstanding - bones lined up, repaired, and healing well. Very pleasant staff and very efficient. The whole surgery seemed to be over so quickly. I was home the next day. I only needed the pain meds for the first two days after surgery. The on-line care instructions were very clear and my questions were answered immediately.
Dr. Castaneda has show the same amount of confidence from beginning to end. Very reassuring, and made it much easier to commit to a surgery I was not 100% sure on. Every nurse I had post-op would mention how great Dr. Castaneda was, and how she makes things easy for them to work with and care for after surgery. I’m no Doctor myself or credited professional, so who am I to say, but; I feel like Dr. Castaneda is doing things right! Thankful to have had the opportunity to have her on my team.
