Great customer service! They keep in contact with me and update me often. The reps also TEXT me, which is greatly appreciated! Voicemails are a hassle. So far, I have one credit card settlement fully negotiated. It only took approximately 6 months. Also, I am only going to be paying back half of my total debt!

I just completed this section and hit the "leave review" then hit the back arrow before I realized that I was to leave my personal information. I lost the page but don't know if you received it. In a nutshell. These are hardworking people trying their best to alleviate the mess you and I have made to our credit, for ANY reason. I've been with them for over 6 months and at first it was a bit rough as far as my credit taking the hit but it has slowly gotten better and I will have have settled 3 of my debts before July of this year and I couldn't be more relieved. It was a simple process after you know what to expect and they really do get the best offer and settle for way less. I am in the program for a while but I know I am on the right track with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair their credit.

This company is a very good company. They offer a legal protection program to help with the creditors in the situation of harassment or threats of summons. They also offer a FastTrac Loan plan after 7 months of timely payments. This will allow you to pay off your debts within 8 months of the program at the settlements discounted. People that are complaining are not utilizing all of the tools given to complete the program.

It's a growing company and continues to get better every year. The only thing is when I send them something from a creditor showing important numbers they need to know in order to finalize my debt from that creditor, I get an email saying this is something I should deal with and not them. I recognize where certain customer service agents need further training and be updated. thank you!
