I am very dissappointed in the agents responses to a change in my circumstances. I have repeatedly requested a supervisor call back to discuss. I have not gotten a response nor any resolve for my accounts. It has been going on for a couple of months and it seems like they don't care and are just letting my debt go into collections. I would appreciate a response so I can get my accounts resolved. ***** *.

A few years ago I was in serious financial trouble. A friend of mine said that they knew someone that had used DebtBlue. So I reached out to them and they explained the program to me. It sounded relatively easy and it sounded like something that I could do. The person that I spoke to pretended to give me the answers that I really needed. In the beginning, I would have rated this business 5 stars. However, since depositing enough money to settle my accounts and graduate early, the review has changed. On two occasions, money was drafted out of my checking account and it shouldn't have been. I was told "there is nothing that we can do." I have tried to get in touch this time however, there is a recording stating there is "high call volumes." I have been trying to called debt blue for over 1 month and no one answers the phone. I have turned over all my debts to debt blue paying them $1300 monthly now for almost 2 years. Can you believe they have not contacted some of my creditors to inform them that they were taking over these accounts. I received a summons that I am being sued from on of the creditors. I canceled my account and they told me that they were going to return my money that was in my account but they haven't yet. Now they won't answer their phones. Plus they have me blocked to send emails.

They answer quickly when you want to start their program but when you want to cancel, they never answer the phone. They took their fee out of my bank account AFTER I requested it to be closed, then when I finally got through they said they'd give me a refund once the charge stopped pending. Days later, I am playing phone tag, get a hold of someone and they say that my account isn't found but I sure the proof of where they took out money out of my bank account!

I Was Lied to about how this whole program worked, The cost of the service or lack thereof. I was mailed an offer of a loan from you'r company, Then Told Nope you don't qualify for a loan. After giving you my social security number which is dissapointing, considering the entire consumer transaction is predicated on my unlimited credit. Title 15 subsection 1611. false and misleading denial of my credit. does have consequences. Tell you'r owner and be prepaired for me to take action. The most terrible customer service and disconnect between internal departments I've ever seen! I am astounded they have managed to deceive enough people to get an A* rating. I assume most everyone just trusted they are an honest business with out researching what was actually happening while they waited and paid and overpaid to be "Debt Free"

I am very disappoint. I feel like I was lied to. Was told that after I pay on my "debt" for 7 months that they had a bank that would then pay off all my debt and I would just pay the bank. Well all of a sudden their terms changed and I owe to much for their "bank" to pay off everything so it is going to take even longer to get my credit straighten.
