She did a great job... She helped me close my accout with Debt blue as all there fees are taken out up front with a minimal payment to the lender. Over $1500 paid to Debt Blue fees and only $200 paid to one creditor on just one settlement. They say they take out 24% up front of the entire settlement. They will take all of there fees upfront before paying more to the creditor. Beware!

If I could give zero stars I would. They start out very friendly and responsive. They will call you right on time. Answer when you call, respond to texts and emails promptly. Until you decide you want to cancel. Then its nothing but hang *** and transferring to dead air lines. No replied to emails, no replies to texts. Had someone on the phone assure me my account would be cancelled and they still withdrew from my account. unreal and unacceptable.

This place sells you cupcakes and rainbows but fine print says otherwise. Need an attorney before entering this contract. There are no fees but somehow I ended up paying more than the debt I originally owed. Their 55% guarantee is not a guarantee. I asked for clarification from management several times and was lied to on many occasions. I asked for the recorded phone calls to address my concerns and was told to pursue that legally through a subpoena. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU!! Over 11 months I had $4952.34 taken from my bank account. Out of that, ********* charged me fees of $2039.43. Only 1 account has been settled. And 3 of the accounts I had to settle on my own. More than once they totally ignored correspondence from a creditor to settle for very reasonable amounts. Then when I started having medical problems and had to withdraw from the program, they took every ***** I had left on the books with them ($215) claiming it was for fees.

Debt Blue offers false security about how your debts will be negotiated and handled. The customer rep will tell you how much money you will save and how your monthly payment to them is going to be cheaper than what you are currently paying, to keep your money and stop paying the creditors bc now they got your back and save up some money but they neglect to warn you that large debts usually go to litigation and you will still be responsible for 80% of the debt and that once it goes to litigation and your payment would need to... read more

DO NOT go through DebtBlue. They have you pay them monthly for up to seven (7) months BEFORE they give you the actual loan they approved you for through another company called SkyBridge. I went through DebtBlue to help me with some of my debt. They helped settle one of my debts. But unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy. So I had to close my account. I had over ********************** my account. I asked when I would get that money back and they said I wouldnt. Since they helped settle one of my accounts they said that money belonged to them. So if I ever need there help or if someone else needs help with debt consolidation I will never go with them again!!!
